52° North’s Natural Birch Water beverage is made of 100% birch sap that is harvested from the pristine forests of Northern British Columbia. Offering electrolytes, antioxidants, and plant nutrients; Birch Water presents an exciting opportunity and alternative to coconut water. Containing 1/5 the sugars and calories of coconut water, birch water is diabetes, keto, and eco-friendly.
52° North’s vision is to create clean, natural, and healthy beverages from ingredients that can be harvested in the Pacific North West. Our birch sap is sustainably harvested in BC’s interior. We consider the health of our bodies and planet to be equally important and interdependent, so we take care to ensure that all trees are left unharmed and continue to promote healthy forest.
Innovation doesn’t just stop at 52° North’s brand story or harvesting techniques, 52° North packages in lightweight pouches for their low carbon footprint throughout the lifecycle of the product.
